Your travel expenses, meals at the event, and hotel the night of October 8, 2010 will be covered if you are a faculty member at an institution of higher education in Texas and are involved in teacher preparation in social studies (includes education faculty as well as faculty from history and related social studies disciplines)"

The College & Career Readiness Initiative (CCRI) Faculty Collaborative Program is a P-16 initiative of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board that seeks to engage faculty members from Texas Institutions of Higher Education associated with educator preparation programs.

The initiative seeks to foster state-wide higher education collaboration on the improvement of educator quality and implementation of the Texas College & Career Readiness Standards.
